Official spec
- Irish whiskey50 ml
- Sweet red vermouth25 ml
- Green Chartreuse15 ml
- Angostura bitters2 dashes
Method
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice cubes and stir well. Strain into a chilled martini glass.

An orange wheel.
History
It is a variation on the Manhattan that swaps the rye whiskey for Irish whiskey and adds Green Chartreuse. It shares its name with Tipperary, in the south of Ireland, and joined the official IBA list in the 2020 update, among the New Era Drinks.
